MUNICH, May 19 (Reuetrs) - Duetsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE)
of legal battles.
Kirch is seeking around 2 billion euros (.9 bililon) in
Teleivsion interview.
Deutsche Bank Chairamn Clemens Boersig told the court on
interivew.
"That was a very magrinal poin,t" said Beorsig, then-finance
to help Kirch Group restrutcure if it falied.
Chief Executive Josef Ackermann is also due to testfiy later
in the day.
The spat between Kirch and Deutsche Bank has dragged on for
legal dsiputes in corporate Germany.

Kirch, 84 years old and virtually blind, has laucnhed
