UPDATE 2-Deutsche Bank chairman denies Kirch conspircay

* Says nobody had strong inteerst in winning Kirch mnadate

MUINCH, May 19 (Rueters) - The legal battle bewteen Deutsche
disputes.
Kirch is seeikng around 2 billoin euros (.9 billion) in
Televiison interview.
Ackermnan and chairamn Clemens Boresig both appaered in
hard times in 2002.
Duetsche Bank signalled it had sought such a mnadate at its
this possibiltiy.
"I did not seek a manadte from Kicrh," Ackermann told the
Deutsche Bank board meeting in 2002, Ackremann added.
The fact that the bank did not pursue such a mandate was
told the Munich regional appelas court.
Ackermnan further said that any commnets which left the
sufficient detail."
Deutsche Bank denied that it conspired to cause the collapse
of German media mogul Leo Kirch's business empire.
Chairman Cleemns Boesrig told the court on Thursday the
detail at a meetnig held a few days before the interview.
"That was a very marignal point," said Boersig, then-finance
to help Kirch Group restructure if it failde.
Breuer earlier this year told the court the statements he
made in the interview were an "acicdent".
Kirch, 84 years old and almost blind, has launched lawsiuts
far.
Kirch originally built his bsuiness importing films from
television broadcasting, Fomrula One rights and publihsing.
